Had a great experience here today. Food was great, and came really fast. Workers were nice, but half of them were sucking in fumes from their little vape devices almost the whole time I was there. Really sad to see so many people hooked on that crap.

Not a fan of the modern redesign, but it's Taco Bell. Same great food as ever! Some light trash on the ground, no napkins in the lobby, but it was a rush so I give it a pass

Placed an online order 15 minutes later I go thru drive through and they tell me they don't have the order when I tried to cancel they told me you had to do it through the app which you can't do I asked for their regional office they told me they didn't have oneat the moment then claimed they were a franchise was the reason I think what they did is give it to one of their friends and cheat a customer so their friend got it for free I will never do business with this location again and will drive an extra half hour to a store that is cleaner friendlier and definitely more trustworthy

I went through the drive-through today and got a grilled cheese steak burrito. It was probably the best one I had ever had. It had the right ingredients and it was cooked just right. The staff are also very friendly as well.

I almost gave this place a three star review. The service was fine (I long ago gave up ordering from an order taker since most Taco Bell employees don't seem to know what Fresco style is, and since it is on their app and kiosk, I'd rather explain to them what that is than argue if they have it). I didn't have much employee contact at this place, but what little I had was terrific. The food quality was not five star quality. It wasn't quite bad enough to go with three stars for the place though and I don't know how much of the bad experience was just me showing up to a short staffed team vs just negligence.

Food was excellent. Customer service was great. Problem is I believe these folks have a system working against them. They are set up to fail. Never have I been there and they been sufficiently staffed. It's chaotic. And credit needs to be given to the employees for making it work under immense pressure. In my opinion you are lucky to have a successful store because your upper management is clearly disengaged. These guys need a break and it's very apparent. Thanks

Would give 5 stars but I don't ever get the happy hour price last time I told them they didn't have the happy hour price she said she would fix it went to get my food they didn't have it fixed
